Powyższy wykres został wygładzony funkcją przybliżenia Bezier'a oraz nie została uwzględniona odległość WanPP - tej różnicy proszę nie brać pod uwagę - nie ma znaczenia.
To, co ma znaczenie, to WARTOŚCI oznaczonych odległości (długości kontrolnych wiązań wodorowych). Na oryginalnym wykresie są to wartości w zakresie 9-14 Å, zaś na "tym drugim" są to wartości 2-4 Å. TO jest właśnie PROBLEM: zmierzone (przeze mnie) wartości są inne, niż te umieszczone na oryginalnym wykresie. Gdzie (w czym) tkwi błąd i jak powinien być naprawiony?
